When are products eligible for a refund?

The products purchased on overlo3de.com can be refunded in any of the following cases:

1. Digital goods: Within 14 days of purchase if the product has never been downloaded. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Physical goods: To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
3. The product is not in conformity with the description on overlo3de.com;
4. The vendor approved a refund of the product based on good faith criteria such as for instance, technical issues with the product which prevent you from using it as advertised;
5. overlo3de.com determines in its sole discretion that a refund is warranted given the circumstances.
6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

When are products NOT eligible for a refund?

You may not be eligible for refunds if overlo3de.com determines that you are abusing this overlo3de.com Refund and Returns Policy. By using the site you agree that this determination is at overlo3de.com sole discretion. You further agree that you may appeal this determination, however if such an appeal fails this will be regarded as a final determination. This does not affect your statutory rights available to you under the applicable law.

Several types of physical goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted “Sale” items may not be returned or refunded and are considered final.
  • Any item that overlo3de.com has not received a request for a return or refund for within 14 days of delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any perishable items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Books, Newspapers or Magazines.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

How can a refund be requested?

Refund requests must be submitted to overlo3de.com Support via an email to support@overlo3de.com. If the reason for your refund is an issue with the product, please contact the vendor before contacting overlo3de.com Support.

How will I get my refund?

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible, depending on the payment method. If it is not possible to refund to the original payment method, refunds may be processed as overlo3de.com sees fit, including a credit to the customers overlo3de.com account.

When will I get my refund?

Digital items: We will do our best to process an approved refund within 2 business days. Please note that the amount of time it takes for you to receive the refund in your payment method depends on that method.

Physical items: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. What should I do if I think my refund is taking too long or I don’t have confirmation of returned funds or I have missing refunds?

You can always contact your bank or credit card company. Please understand that even after overlo3de.com has processed the refund it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and officially posts the refund to your account.

Where should I ship my physical item to return it?

To return your physical item, you should mail your item to the address on your return confirmation email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
